Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Are you only interested in working with companies in the composites industry?

Answer: No. We are willing to help most companies with their communication needs. We selected the composites market as an area of focus because of our past experience in the business and the need to limit the scope of our own advertising and promotional activities. Both of us have a lot of experience in other markets, such as automotive, building materials, chemicals, distribution, education, entertainment and motorsports. We would be happy to talk with you about your needs.

Question: My business isn’t headquartered near Toledo, Ohio. Is that a problem from your perspective?

Answer: No. Our clients are already scattered throughout the U.S., and we have done some projects for executives in Europe. Writing examples in this website cover projects from Southern California to Nova Scotia. With today’s communication tools – email, faxes, express mail and phones – we can be in regular contact with clients wherever they may be at the moment.

Question: If there are only two principals, can you handle big projects?

Answer: Yes. We want to keep our costs down by not adding regular staff but we have an extensive network of talented people who can help us when work exceeds the limits of our personal capacity. Rest assured the two principals will be fully engaged throughout the process to assure that you get the high quality account management that your business deserves.

Question: Are you only interested in big-budget clients or projects?

Answer: No, we are open to any size project. We prefer to establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients but good relationships don’t come in any particular size.

Question: Does Composite Communication have its own in-house design department?

Answer: Better than that, we have working relationships with several of the country’s top design shops. They are engaged when needed, and we can pick the one that best meets your needs. In the meantime, our business is not incurring any overhead for design staff.
